Big Walk Screenshots and Trailers

All four House House videos and the full official screenshot set, with what each one actually shows.

House House have released four videos across the game’s three-year public life, from The Game Awards reveal in December 2023 to the launch trailer in August 2026. Between them they are the only moving footage of Big Walk that comes from the studio, and the Gameplay Overview in particular is the closest thing to documentation of how a session actually feels.

The screenshots below are the complete official set: eight from May 2025 and eight from June 2026.

The four official videos

Big Walk is out now!
Big Walk is out now! · 1:07 — The launch trailer, published on release day.
Gameplay Overview
Gameplay Overview · 3:50 — The longest official look at how a session actually plays — proximity voice, tools, and a group spreading out.
Release Date Announcement
Release Date Announcement · 4:02 — Announced the 4 August 2026 date and the Switch 2 version.
Reveal Trailer
Reveal Trailer · 1:32 — The Game Awards 2023 reveal — the first public look at the game.

The Gameplay Overview is the one to watch if you are deciding whether to buy. At 3:50 it is long enough to show what the reveal trailer only implies: how the proximity voice system sounds in practice, how a group behaves when it spreads out, and what the carried tools are actually for.

The Reveal Trailer is worth watching afterwards, not before — it was made three years before release and is a mood piece rather than an explanation.

Screenshots

Every image on this site comes from this set. They are useful as reference for a few things that are hard to describe:

  • What the world looks like. Australian bushland and granite coastline, drawn from Wilsons Promontory National Park in Victoria — eucalypts, orange-lichened boulders, long beaches, high scrub.
  • What the structures look like. Flat, saturated, artificial: a bright yellow-green tower and elevated walkway in the forest, a yellow metal frame among the rocks. They do not blend in, which appears to be the point.
  • What you carry. The June 2026 set shows characters with a green field radio, backpack frames carrying large objects, and a yellow handheld device on the hip — which lines up with the two worn-slot achievements.

Using these images

Every image on this site is official press material from the House House press kit at bigwalk.game/presskit, used editorially with credit. Each one carries its source in the caption.

If you want the originals — full-resolution PNGs, the fifteen official GIFs, key art with and without the logo, and downloadable video files at up to 2160p — go to the press kit directly rather than taking them from here. This site serves compressed WebP copies sized for the page, which is the wrong format for anything you would want to reuse.

Press enquiries go to House House at press@bigwalk.game. bigwalk.info is an unofficial fan resource and cannot grant permission for anything.

What each video actually shows

Big Walk is out now! (1:07). The launch trailer, published on release day. Short, and closer to a mood piece than an explanation.

Gameplay Overview (3:50). The one to watch before buying. Published in June 2025 at Day of the Devs, it is the longest official look at how a session plays — how proximity voice sounds as people separate, what carrying a tool looks like, and how a group behaves when it spreads across terrain.

Release Date Announcement (4:02). From June 2026. Announced the 4 August date and the Nintendo Switch 2 version.

Reveal Trailer (1:32). The Game Awards, December 2023. Three years before release, and made before most of what the game became was public.

The two screenshot batches

The official set splits into two dated groups, and the difference between them is informative.

May 2025 — eight images, taken during the period when the game was still targeting a 2025 release. They lean towards landscape: coast, boulders, open terrain, characters at a distance.

June 2026 — eight images from just before launch. These are the ones showing equipment clearly: a green field radio, backpack frames carrying a large red buoy, a yellow device worn on the hip, characters sitting together on a bright green elevated walkway.

If you are trying to work out what a tool looks like in the game, the June 2026 set is where to look. The hip-worn device in particular lines up with the achievement Big Help — “Wear something on your hip” — which 6.3% of players have unlocked.

What else the press kit has

Beyond what is shown here, House House publish fifteen animated GIFs, key art in versions with and without the logo at 3840×2160, studio and publisher logos, and downloadable video files at up to 2160p. The full fact sheet is there too, with the ESRB rating (E for Everyone), the player count, and the legal line.

Everything on the press kit is published by House House for editorial use, with a fact sheet stating the title, developer, genre, platforms, ESRB rating (E for Everyone), player count (2–12), release date and tagline. That fact sheet is the source for several figures on this site, and it is the fastest way to check anything here against the original.
